To not overdo it with my lower back issue, I thought for Thursday I will attend the dance bootcamp at the mad dance house and skip the usual workout at the gym. I was a bit worried, as this bootcamp can be quite intense for my back and maybe the actual thing I shouldn’t do. But I feel like I have to move and I want learn to move perfectly especially faster and more correctly in the moves as we do during dancing.
I knew I needed to adopt for some exercises as I definitely can’t do squats at the moment. So I just did wall squats instead.
Moving to music has something. It’s a nice cardio session although Tammi did quite an easy session. I am really looking forward to get into it fully.
I felt good, but I also knew I did too much. I will come back.
