… especially in a very hilly area. Argh, didn’t know that gluts are involved in so much movement. All these movement I diverted to my quads and upper body. Sitting in a chair is not much fun either, so I prefer to sit down on the floor or in bed, somehow much better for my back.
and I slept a lot .. yeah, resting and relaxing …. that’s what a weekend is about. Let’s call this today my rest day … although I did too much walking for my circumstances, but at least I haven’t seen a gym from inside 😉
